What Airship checks, and what it does not
Airship collects what vendors tell it and shows it to you as stated. Checking a vendor, their insurance, their documents and their equipment is the organiser's job, as the event-safety guidance expects. Airship does not do it for you.

Listed
An Airship admin reads a business's content before listing it: spam and abuse, whether it is plausibly what it says, the photo-rights tick, contact details hidden in descriptions, and claims of Airship endorsement. Listing makes the business searchable. It is not a check of the business, its documents or its equipment. A listed business always shows you a contact email or phone.
Stated figures
Ground space, height, power supplies, LPG, generator, licence notes, ride and inflatable identifiers, trade bodies and prices are all shown as the vendor states them, under From the vendor. None of them is checked by Airship.
The fit line
Fit compares the size the vendor states with this pitch’s size on your plan. Footprint only: access, clearance and serving side are not checked, and it is not a sign the unit is safe for this spot.
Bars
Selling alcohol needs a premises licence or a Temporary Event Notice. Check the arrangements with the vendor and your licensing authority.
Your design
Never send a vendor a review or share link. Those links show your whole design. A vendor never sees your plan, your shortlists or that they were shortlisted. A quote request shows them only the pitches it asks about, exactly as its preview shows you.
