The Dashboard is home base for your projects, profile, team and plan.

Projects

Saved designs appear as cards with thumbnails. Open, rename or delete them here, and manage your profile (including an avatar).

Teams & versions

Version history and client share links come with Pro. Studio adds the things that need more than one person: shared workspaces with five seats, live collaboration, pinned comments and markup rounds. Enterprise adds single sign-on (SSO) and white-label branding.

Design files (.asd)

A card's ⚙ menu → Export… saves the design as a .asd file, and ⬆ Import design on the dashboard opens one — yours or one someone sent you — as a new design. An ordinary export is the whole design as saved. On an event site that holds a security layout, the export dialog also offers Copy to send to someone else, off by default, which leaves the vehicle security barriers, HVM openings, control room and safer areas out of the file; the design name and free-text labels and notes are not checked. Your profile

Your name in the top-right opens a menu with Edit profile, Support and Log out. The display name you set there is what appears beside your forum posts and support tickets, so it is visible to other people using the product — not just a label for your own screen. You can also set an avatar, your company, and whether you want product update emails.

A phone number is optional. It is kept on your account and is used only to fill in the contact details of an event-site quote request, with your name, company and email. It is never saved in a design.
