Saving a design

In the Templates & save sidebar section, use Save design to store the current scheme, and Designs to reload a saved one. A design captures the whole project — boundary, roads, plots, parking, landscaping, house types and settings.

Templates save just your settings — site rules, road geometry, parking and house-type mix — so you can apply a house style to a new site in one click, without the geometry. See Templates & saved designs.

The dashboard

The Dashboard (top-bar link) lists your saved projects with thumbnails, and is where you manage your profile, plan and team. See Sharing, teams & versions.
