PDF report & PNG image
The PDF export produces a multi-page pack for sharing; the PNG export gives you a quick image of the current view.

What is in the pack
📄 PDF planning report, in the Export section, builds one landscape A4 document. Every page carries the date and time, the map view it was drawn from, and the disclaimer. A page appears only when the scheme has something to put on it, so a pack never contains a blank sheet:
- Planning summary — the colour masterplan on white paper, with site area, plots, density, green space, road and footway lengths, fencing, hedging and the house-type mix down the side. Always.
- Sketch plan — the same layout as a black-and-white planning drawing, full width. Always.
- Highways compliance — the sketch with every finding numbered on it and a table beside it: how many failed, warned, noted and passed, then each finding with where it is. Whenever the scheme has roads, whether or not the overlay is switched on on screen. The design-review findings are in this table too, not only the highways ones.
- Detail views — close-ups of each problem area, lettered A, B, C… and cross-referenced from that table, six to a page. As many pages as the findings need.
- Planting schedule — code, botanical and common name, stock size, quantity and notes, with a total. Only when species have actually been specified. A design review — landscaping block follows it, every line prefixed with what it rests on.
- Vehicle swept path — the tracked route with the design vehicle, route length and drive line. Only when a sweep has been run and still matches the current road network; a stale one is left out rather than printed.
- 3D massing view of the scheme.
- Site intelligence — the 2D sketch with the GIS vector overlays, a key and a data table.
A tick box under the button adds your redline markups, and only appears when the current view has any. It is off every time.
