Existing buildings & keep-outs

Real sites have things you must keep or avoid — a retained building, a protected area, an easement. Mark these so the generator respects them.

Building (🏢)

The Building tool draws a block that acts as a keep-out — the generator won't place roads or plots over it — and renders as a 3D massing block. Set its height in the field next to the tool. Use it for retained or neighbouring buildings.

Exclusion & green zones

Zones you draw (exclusion areas, green areas, car-park areas) steer the generator: the spine routes around blocked zones, no plots fall inside them, and park zones are filled with parking. See Green areas, trees & woodland and Car-park areas.
