Nova, the in-app assistant

Nova is an assistant inside the app that has read the manual. Ask it what a check means, what your standards preset actually enforces, or why a particular finding appeared on your scheme — it answers from this help centre and from the real state of your own account.

What it can answer

Every claim is linked

Nova never writes a link itself. Retrieval hands it opaque references to passages, it cites those, and the server resolves each one to the page it actually came from and mints the link. A citation to a page that does not exist is not filtered out afterwards — it cannot be produced in the first place. If an answer carries no citation, it is not coming from the documentation, and you should treat it as you would any other unsourced answer.

It cannot do anything behind your back

Everything Nova can reach is read-only, with one exception: it can draft a support ticket. Even then it has no tool that writes one. It returns the draft text, you read it, and the ticket is created only when you press Send — and the server checks that what is being filed is word-for-word what you approved. The model proposes; you commit.

It also cannot look at another workspace. Every account question is answered from the identity on your own session; there is no way for it to name somebody else’s.

Nova answers from the published help centre, so anything still in private beta is invisible to it — it will say it does not know rather than guess. And like any assistant it can be wrong: for anything that matters, follow the citation and read the page.
