Terms & Conditions
Last updated:
1. Who we are
Airship Site Designer (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is operated by [Company name], [company number], registered at [address], United Kingdom. Contact: [support@yourdomain].
2. The Service
The Service is a browser-based tool for sketching site boundaries and auto-generating indicative housing-estate and car-park layouts, with optional 3D content, map tracing, exports and team features. Some features require a paid plan.
3. Indicative outputs only
Layouts, capacities, parking ratios, dimensions, maps and any other outputs are indicative and for early-stage feasibility only. They are not engineering, planning, highways, legal or surveying advice. You are responsible for verifying everything against the current adopted local standards, a measured survey and appropriate professional advice before use. We do not guarantee accuracy, compliance, suitability or fitness for any purpose.
4. Accounts
- You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be 18+ and able to enter a contract.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or for security, legal or non-payment reasons.
5. Plans, billing & refunds
- Paid plans (e.g. Pro, Studio) are billed via our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring monthly or annual basis until cancelled.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- Free-plan limits (e.g. number of designs) may change.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the designs, surveys, files and data you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a licence to host, process and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you (and your workspace members). You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including survey imagery and 3D models.
7. Publishing to the content library
- If you submit objects to the shared 3D content library (including via the Revit plugin), you confirm you own or are licensed to share them, and you grant us and other users a non-exclusive licence to use them within the Service.
- Submissions are moderated and only become available after approval; we may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including: breaking the law; infringing others’ rights; uploading malware or unlawful, infringing or offensive content; attempting to breach security, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; or reselling it without permission. Map and address features must be used in line with the relevant data providers’ terms (see the Privacy Policy).
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Supabase (hosting/database/auth/storage), Stripe (payments), Esri (map imagery), OpenStreetMap/Nominatim and postcodes.io (geocoding). Their terms and availability apply; we are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, branding and built-in content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service per these terms. The downloadable Revit plugin is licensed for use with the Service only.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or goodwill, or for reliance on indicative outputs; and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach, non-payment, or to comply with law. On termination your right to use the Service ends; we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period.
14. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
